Fort Worth, Texas (February 13, 2015) — Goodwill North Central Texas, Inc. announced today that a new job resource center located at the Goodwill North Central Texas Weatherford store on 1801 South Main Street in Weatherford, Texas is now open.
Goodwill celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a special 50 % off commemorative sale. The sale will be valid at the Weatherford location only from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.
The new job resource center will feature job search experts on staff Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and offer free computer and internet access. In addition, job search experts will provide job placement services including one-on-one career counseling and employer networking opportunities; job readiness skills training including resume writing, interviewing skills and job search techniques training; vocational assessments to help focus job search on the most suitable and in-demand occupations; needs assessments and appropriate referrals for mental health, housing and more – all at no cost.
