Maji Francis Named Purchasing Director
FORT WORTH, TEXAS (March 14, 2019) – Goodwill North Central Texas, Inc. announced today the hire of Majayka “Maji” Francis as Purchasing Director. In this position, Francis will be responsible for oversight of supply chain operations and the overall purchasing function for the agency including negotiation of buying goods, equipment and services.
“Maji has extensive experience impacting organizational performance through comprehensive product and market analysis, and accurate pricing determination,” said Greg Hutchins, Chief Financial Officer for Goodwill North Central Texas. “Her exceptional communication, negotiation and strategic development planning skills will serve our agency well in this position.”
Francis has 19 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining Goodwill, Francis served most recently as Procurement Representative for Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in Danbury, Conn. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo. in 2010 and a Master’s in Procurement and Acquisition Management from Webster University in Webster Grove, Mo. in 2012.
